Returns and Exchange Policy:
All products are exchange or store credit only within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase. Visibly worn or used products are NOT returnable or exchangeable. That means anything returned must be in BRAND SPANKING NEW CONDITION. All products will be inspected before an exchange or store credit is issued. Skates MUST be tried on inside on a carpet please! A $15 re-stocking fee will apply on all skates returned. Products must be packed and shipped in the same manner that you received them, in original packaging. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Before returning please contact shop for a return number at 207-699-4499 or email@example.com.
Non returnable products include: Socks, mouth guards, clearance/sale items, custom skates, discontinued items, special order items, visibly worn or used products, products that can not be re-packaged.

Most products are covered by warranty due to factory defects. Normal wear and tear is not covered. A photo of the defected product is normally requested by manufacturer. Customers will need to ship defected product directly to manufacturer. Please contact Turn Two at 207-699-4499 or firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you with a defected product!
Depending on weight and size, Turn Two uses USPS and UPS. Smaller, lighter products will normally come USPS and larger, heavier products will come UPS. Online orders are processed within two days and, if in stock, shipping will be anywhere from 3-7 business days from process date depending on location and shipping method. Out of stock items can take anywhere from 10-14 business days to receive. Custom skate orders take 4-6 weeks. You will be notified of out of stock items and back ordered items. Expedited shipping is available. Please call the shop at 207-699-4499.
